BlackBerry has unveiled DTEK50, as the world’s most secure Android smartphone. DTEK50 is BlackBerry’s second smartphone powered by Android. This smartphone is powered by Android Marshmallow 6.0, and also equipped with  unique security feature. Blackberry launches DTEK50 at a price  accessible for consumers.

Blackberry gives the advanced security feature in DTEK50 after conducting a survey on blackberry customers.Blackberry found that  more than 50% customers think that their smartphone is somewhat secured so this is a security boom fom blackberry.

What is DTEK

The security features are highlighted right in the device's name, as it has BlackBerry's DTEK software that protects users from malware and other security problems often seen on Android smartphones. The DTEK app lets users quickly get an overview of their device's security and take action on any potential issues. BlackBerry says that it has modified Android with its own technology originally developed for the BB10 platform to make it more secure. The company is also committing to rapid updates to deliver security patches shortly after they are released.

What about design and hardware

The device, which shares hardware specifications and design with the Alcatel idol 4 is a midrange, all-touchscreen smartphone. DTEK50 is the Blackberry's thinnest device yet.The device is equipped with a smart intelligent keyboard that learns from users and designed for more accurate and faster typing expierience.Other camera features include face detection auto focus dual tone LEd flash designed for capturing real looking stunning photos in low light.The device is also provided with a convenience key that stores the record of your most used apps.It's 5.2" full HD display designed to display 16 million colours is made of scratch resistant glass.DTEK50 is engineered to give stunning photos with 8MP front facing camera and 13 MP rear auto focus camera.
