Xiaomi is planning to launch its smaller "Redmi 3S" with Metal Magnesium alloy Unibody, Fingerprint Sensors and PDAF Features for Autofocus.This budget phone (Redmi 3S) is launching in India on August 3 as announced by the company.The launching ceremony of Xiaomi Redmi 3S will be streamed live at 12.00 PM IST on August 3.



Overview

The 4G VoLTE capable Redmi 3S is loaded with Octa-core Snapdragon 430 Processor which works in collaboration with both 2 GB and 3 GB variants. Xiaomi Redmi 3S has a 5-inch HD IPS display of 720 pixels.
Redmi 3S is loaded with Infrared Sensors for controlling your TV and other home appliances.Other features of this phone are the Accelerometer, Gyro, Fingerprint Scanner, Proximity Compass etc.
This phone has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP Front Camera.The Rear camera contains PDAF for faster Autofocus, aperture Lens, LED Flash, along with 1080p Video Recording and other features. Redmi 3S is powered by a huge 4100 mAh battery which promises you a great and healthy battery-life.
Redmi 3s comes in Gold, Silver, and Dark Grey colors.The price range of this phone is expected between the Range of Rs.7000 - Rs.9000. The phone comes in two variants i.e. 2 GB RAM with 16 GB Internal or 3 GB RAM with 32 GB Internal.

This phone is named Xiaomi Redmi 3s because it is a successor of Xiaomi Redmi 3 and may be placed below the Xiaomi Redmi 3.
